We primarily focus on retail developments throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our group have been involved in every type of product from a 500 SqFt. coffee kiosk to a 350,000 SqFt. shopping center.

RESIDENTIAL

We are not experts in this arena, but have used our development knowledge to partner with other expert residential companies to successfully create housing projects that serve the greater community.

BROKERAGE

We offer full service brokerage services to clients and partners. As they say, brokers are the "tip of the spear" when it comes to finding opportunities and projects. Brokerage leads into developments.

PARTNERSHIP & SYNDICATION

This is a relationship business and always will be. When we choose our partners, they are also choosing us. We syndicate and structure partnerships, but also have the ability to bring capital and value as strictly investors in other developments.
